How to book
The easiest way to book a house clearance, office clearance, rubbish collection or garden clearance in London is to telephone us and let us guide you through the process. It normally takes two to three minutes.
If you prefer to do it online it will take longer. Perhaps an extra 10-15 minutes unless your clearance is very straightforward. In addition there may be a delay of up to 24 hours (excluding weekends) before you receive confirmation that you have your chosen slot. Also you cannot book a time-slot that occurs within the next 72 hours.
Should your preferred slot not be available you will receive a call giving you a few options to choose from. With email bookings we rely solely on your estimate to plan how much empty space there is in the truck prior to undertaking your job. If you are unsure it is best to call.
What to expect whilst booking
After a few quick questions to establish the nature of the job, be it a house clearance, office clearance, garden clearance or WEEE collection (WEEE is the Government's term for non-working electrical or electronic junk), you can choose (subject to availability) the day and two-hour slot you would like us to arrive within. Once this is agreed we take your personal or company name, address and contact information.
For more complex jobs, as you would expect, this process takes longer and we require more information.
The day of your clearance
On the day of your clearance we will always give you (or the contact on site) a phone call about 10 to 15 minutes before we arrive. You may also receive a call to let you know if we expect to be a little earlier or later. We always do our best to fit around your plans and needs.
If you are travelling a long distance or have important commitments close to our appointment please specify this when you make your booking. Where we are aware of your situation prior, we take great care to plan our day around it. Where this is not the case we may occasionally need to alter our expected arrival time. Should this happen, or be likely to happen, we will keep you informed at the earliest opportunity.
